1. What’s my account

My Account’ is a one stop for all the information related to your order(s). It gives you the complete control to do the following:
Edit your personal information like mobile number and add new address
Initiate a return / refund of your order
Past orders

2. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on DonearApparels?

No. One need not register to shop on DonearApparels. However, registration will only help to enhance your shopping experience. Also, we are able to keep you informed about your orders and refunds through email. You will be able to avail the benefits of DonearApparels vouchers by logging in, using your registered email ID.

3. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Please CLICK HERE to reset your password. Reach out to us if you face any issues.

4. Do I need to type my address every time I order?

No! You don't need to type the address every time you place an order, and we don’t forget our customers! An address once used will be saved in My Account -> saved addresses link. You can go to your saved addresses and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address. You can also add more addresses using 'Add a new address' button. You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.

5. Is my personal information secure?

It is absolutely secure, don’t you worry! We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. It’ll just help us understand you better so that we can provide you better services in the future.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from DonearApparels confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive a SMS confirming the same.

2. Do you take orders over the phone?

No. We do not take orders over the phone. Customer would have to place the order by themselves. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.

3. How long will the delivery take?

All your orders will be dispatched within one working day of placing the order. Although we want to hand you the product within a minute, depending upon your address, the delivery time might vary between 5 - 7 working days. That still won’t stop us from trying to get you your order faster. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.

4. How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out (within one working day from the time you placed the order). All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time!

5. Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

6. What should I do if I miss my delivery?

We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day.

So, in case you’ve missed the order delivery-

First thing to do: Don’t Worry!

Second thing to do: Give us a call on (one customer care number) or write to us at complaints@donearapparels.com and we shall take care of it.

7. Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.

8. Order cannot ship to my area. Why?

There are a few pin codes which are not yet serviceable by our courier partners. However, we are putting our efforts into adding more pin codes and hence would request you to check back after a few days.

9. How are orders placed on DonearApparels delivered to me?

Once the order is placed, products are shipped out through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service provider. Once your order has been shipped you will get an e mail and SMS informing you the details of courier partner and AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimate delivery dates via SMS and email.

10. Do you deliver internationally?

Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.

11. I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with DonearApparels. How do I go about with it?

We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a buzz and we’ll email you a soft copy.

12. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping within India on all products purchased on the website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. How do I initiate return on DonearApparels?

Returns can be initiated online by logging into my account, navigate to “Return” section, select your order and click on returns. To initiate returns now click here.

2. What is the pickup process?

Once you have initiated the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. They would in turn get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items properly packed in a packet and mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet.

3. When are returns not possible?

When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.

  1. Return needs to be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Item(s) of the order should not be used.
  3. The tags of the items should be intact and not removed.

4. What are the non-returnable items at DonearApparels?

We do not accept socks and handkerchiefs sets. Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.

5. When is the refund for my return provided?

As soon as a Return ID is generated, the product would be picked up within three business days. As soon as it has been picked up, it would take the same amount of time for the product to reach us as it took for Initial Delivery. Once it reaches our warehouse, within one business day, a refund would be processed by us post successful Quality Check.

If you paid for the order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-banking, you will receive a refund to your source account. It should reflect within 5-7 business days.

1. How do I pay for a DonearApparels purchase?

We process online payments through “Amazon Pay” Payments, a reputed payment gateway, which provides secure, encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and Net Banking transactions.

2. Will I have to pay for any hidden costs like GST, OCTROI, etc…?

You should not be asked to pay anything extra for the order. Only whatever is mentioned on the invoice can be paid. Please let us know if you’ve been bothered otherwise.

3. How much will the shipping cost me?

DonearApparels delivers all regular orders within India at no extra cost to you.

4. What if the amount got debited from my side but I did not receive an Order ID?

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn’t have been received by us yet. Give us a buzz and we'll sort it together.

5. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on DonearApparels?

All credit card and debit card payments on DonearApparels are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. DonearApparels does not store or capture any credit card or net banking related information. 3D Secure password service is used by Banks for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

6. Can I make a credit/debit card or internet banking payment on DonearApparels through my mobile?

Yes. You can make payment through the mobile site of DonearApparels. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your card information secured and protected.

PROMO VOUCHERS

1. What is a promo voucher?

Promo Vouchers are for all you lovely shopaholics to make your shopping experience more interesting as occasionally, we would be sending some of the best deals your way! It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts on your purchases

2. How do I use a promo voucher?

After adding items to your bag, apply voucher on cart page before order placement.

3. What is the minimum order value for application of promo vouchers?

Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.

4.Can I use a voucher more than once?

Generally, vouchers can be used only once but then special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.

5. Why doesn't my promo voucher work?

Please copy and paste the voucher code as it is case sensitive.

Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated for the voucher.

Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received.

Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.
