1. We offer free shipping within India on all products
2. The shipping charges, octroi and other taxes will be borne by Us;
3. We currently ship products only within India;
4. We ship on all days between Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays;
5. We will strive to ensure that We deliver the orders as fast as possible and strive to deliver the order within 5 – 7 working days from the date on which the order is placed.
6. Kindly note that the standard shipping timelines would not apply during sale/promotion periods;
7. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If You wish to ship products to different addresses, You shall need to place multiple orders specifying such addresses.
8. While We endeavor to promptly ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are certain situations where We might be required to cancel Your order. Some of the situations that may result in Your order being cancelled. These situations include (but are not limited to):
(i) Product(s) no longer being available or being temporarily out of stock
(ii) Limitations on quantities available for purchase
(iii) Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
(iv) Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
(v) Inaccurate or insufficient delivery details
(vi) Non-serviceable locations
9. In certain circumstances, We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your payment is completed, the amount charged for the products will be refunded to You.
10. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, We will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
